If you have a question about your order you can inform our customer services contact form, with the subject: ‘Question Order’. Within 48 hours we will contact you. Please have your order details with you so we can resolve your question as efficiently as possible.
Do we have late-night shopping? +
We are not open in the evenings. We are open & available by phone from Monday to Saturday, from 09:00 to 17:00.
How safe are the payment methods via the webshop? +
The actual payment will take place in an encrypted web page so that your information will be safe at all times and will not be accessible to the public.
Do I get a warranty on my purchase? +
‘Simply good’ is not good enough here. Each product is accurately inspected before we ship it or the pick up. This consequently gives you extra favorable terms for the guarantee. The guarantee includes the terms of guarantee of the CBW. This means you have a warranty of 3 years and in most cases we even go further and give you a warranty of 10 years on the construction.
What do I do if the product does not live up to my expectations? +
If you purchased your product(s) online, you have the right to return your order within 14 days, in the original packaging. After we receive your returned product(s) we will reimburse your order. We will not cover the shipping costs of the returned products.
I discovered a problem with my order after arrival. What do I do now? +
When a product has a problem with the construction or if the product appears to be damaged, please contact our customer services as soon as possible. We ask you to have all the data of your order nearby. One of our colleagues will help you immediately.
I have a complaint. Where could I send it? +
Service is the heart of our company. Unfortunately it may occur that you are not 100% satisfied. You can go to our contact form with subject your complaint: ‘Complaint’. We will contact you within 48 hours. We will focus solely on finding a solution for you within a reasonable period of time.
