When Your Driver Leaves a UPS InfoNotice


Learn About the UPS InfoNotice
If your driver is unable to deliver the shipment, you'll receive a UPS InfoNotice®. The UPS InfoNotice lists important information, such as when your driver will try to redeliver or whether a signature is required.
With the UPS InfoNotice number on the front of your InfoNotice, you can track your shipment, confirm delivery, reschedule the delivery date, arrange to pick up your shipment at a UPS Customer Center, have your shipment delivered to a different address, or return the shipment to the sender. Follow the Track Your Shipment link below or go to the homepage, enter your UPS InfoNotice number in the Tracking or InfoNotice Numbers field, and follow the instructions.
Note: UPS will return to shipper all Ground packages after the final delivery attempt, with the exception of packages where the shipper requested a delivery signature. All Signature Required, Adult Signature Required, Air, UPS 3 Day Select® and International packages will be held for five business days to give the customer time to make arrangements to receive their packages.
